From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'WindLarkvale originated from a vision: to introduce the authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizza shop emerged as a quaint, familial venture boasting recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Marco Romano, the pioneer of our establishment, honed her pizza craftsmanship as she voyaged across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, pizza's homeland. After her return to the UK, she was inspired to replicate the enchanting essence of classic Italian pizza, adopting age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our journey started in a cozy space seating a dozen people and has since flourished into a community favorite. Nevertheless, our pledge to craft exceptional pizzas with integrity stays unchanged. We continue to embrace the traditional wood-fired ovens, knead our dough daily, and seek out premium produce.
Nowadays, 'WindLarkvale' is still in the care of the Romano family, with second-generation relatives at the helm of our zealous squad. Despite incorporating modern touches, the core of our venture persists: to concoct delectable, genuine pizzas that unite people.
