Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from WindLarkvale. We value your satisfaction and have established the following Refund Policy for our customers. Please read it carefully so you understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation and Refunds for Online Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting +39 06 488 2893 within 10 minutes of placing the order. If the preparation of your meal has not started, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect or does not meet your expectations, please contact +39 06 488 2893 immediately. You may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement order, provided that you report the issue within 2 hours of the order being received. We may ask you to return the uneaten portion of the food in its original packaging to our location at Pizzeria Bella Napoli, Rome, 00184, Italy for inspection.

Food Quality

Your meal should reach you in the best quality and temperature. If you believe the food received is not up to our usual standards, please contact us within the hour of receipt with a description and photo evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a solution which may include a refund or voucher for future orders.

Refunds for Pickup Orders

For orders picked up in-store, please inspect the order before leaving. If there are any discrepancies, notify our staff immediately. Once you leave the premises, refunds will only be considered if reported within 2 hours of pick-up, following the same process as for delivery orders.

Non-Refundable Items

All beverages, including juices and lemonades, are non-refundable once the order is picked up or delivered.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the confirmation, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 488 2893.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the payment was made using a credit or debit card, refunds would be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the bank after this period to check when the refund will be available in your account.
